Just a few years ago, I was almost 100 pounds overweight and I wasn’t happy about it. For two years I struggled with losing weight – trying different fad diets and joining gyms that I didn’t have time to go to with kids and a job that required me to travel. I finally realized that the best way for me to get back into shape was to eat right and work out at home. I lost just under 100 pounds in 8 months and I’ve kept it off for over three years now. And that’s why I started Best Home Workout, because I really want to help other people to do the same thing and I know that it’s possible!

We review tons of home fitness programs and we provide daily updates about our own at-home fitness routines, complete with pictures and more.

At Best Home Workout, we believe that good fitness and proper nutrition is key to a healthy lifestyle. But we also believe that getting and staying fit can be fun. We know, because we do it ourselves, that you don’t need expensive gym memberships and lots of equipment to stay in shape – all you need is some motivation and maybe a good fitness program to use in your home.
